Training

Ultimately what you care about is effective return on investment from your business management system. That only happens when your staff are properly trained and your system is properly implemented. A surprisingly large percentage of business management systems are poorly implemented. This is usually due the vendor's failure to provide a rigorous, structured approach to system implementation that is resistant to the many issues that can adversely affect an implementation.

Training Classes

Spitfire has a highly experienced training department that provides a number of scheduled Web-based classes. Various classes are scheduled every month and range from introductory information (e.g., Basic Navigation, Using Documents) to in-depth advanced topics (e.g., Advanced Budgeting, Advanced Doc Templates ). Some classes are designed for all users, some for power users, and some for Managers or System Administrators.

On-line Software Updates

All product updates are available for download on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
