Many members of the senior management
team at Spitfire are former senior management members at Programmed
Solutions, Inc.(PSI), a highly successful company that specializes
in business/project management software. PSI grew from startup to a
100 employee company with over 1000 clients in 12 years. PSI consistently
delivered industry leading technology and superior customer service.
Our commitment to our clients was underscored by a virtually 100% client
retention rate. PSI pioneered new and highly successful business models
in the delivery of new software and support services. PSI was the leader
in its field, when it was acquired at a high valuation during a major
industry consolidation event in 2000. This seasoned management team
has now been expanded with extensive construction industry experience
to build the highly capable and proven management team at Spitfire
Software for Construction.

Prior to co-founding Spitfire,
Jon had previously founded PSI. In addition to his role as CEO,
Jon was also PSI's primary software architect throughout his tenure
at PSI. Jon graduated from Columbia University.

Prior to co-founding Spitfire,
Dennis was Senior V.P. Sales/Marketing at PSI. Dennis graduated
from York University, and has held various senior management positions
within the software industry.

Prior to joining Spitfire, Steve
held Executive level Sales positions in several major companies
delivering Enterprise Management Software into the field service
and manufacturing marketplace.
His current role is to gain joint success with
major construction companies by introducing the comprehensive Spitfire
Project Management and Financial Management offering, coupled with
our unparallel implementation/training and support programs.
He has a BS degree in Industrial Technology
from Western Washington University.

Prior to her tenure at Spitfire,
Dorothy was V.P. of Client Services at PSI. She was responsible
for all client interactions including technical support, training,
documentation, and quality assurance. Her efforts resulted in industry
leading technical support response times and implementation programs,
and pioneered the use of an efficient "web centric" support
model.
Previously, Dorothy managed the management information
system for a major HVAC contractor. She has both BA and MA degrees
with honors from Wright State University.

| Prior to his tenure at Spitfire,
Stan was V.P. of Development at PSI. Stan has had vast experience
as a senior project manager on a multitude of major business management
systems. |
